As operations associate, I’m responsible for most of the trading at R|W. It’s an art and a science to rebalance an account while staying in line with a client’s investment objectives, but that sort of work appeals to my detail-oriented side. I’m honored that our clients trust us with their savings and that I get to perform these duties for them every day.
I take our responsibilities to our clients seriously, and I hope that comes through in the way we communicate with them and serve them. Our clients aren’t just numbers on a screen to us. They’re people with real lives, real hopes, and real dreams for the future. Our goal is for each client to feel 100 percent cared for, no matter their concerns — we’re here for them and to serve as an ongoing partner and resource.
I started working with R|W as an intern, and accepted a full time positions after graduating cum laude from Boise State University with a bachelor’s degree in health science studies with an emphasis on health policy and leadership. As the firm has grown, we’ve only become better. We play off each other’s strengths and work together to solve client challenges. It’s a fast-paced environment, and I enjoy every minute of it.
I spend my free time fixing up my circa 1900 house in Boise (there’s never a shortage of projects to be done there), traveling, woodworking, and hiking.
