Everyone works with people. I like to connect with them. My ability to instantly click with another person has been one of my great joys, both personally and professionally. In my former life as a private investigator, I used this gift to track down fraud — but here at R|W, I put it to work making our clients’ lives easier. (And, unlike my PI days, I get to use my real name while doing it!)

At R|W, our culture is centered around our clients, so every interaction counts. When they walk through the door or call the office, I’m ready with a warm welcome, a little humor, or a reassuring word. I hope our clients see this space as a break from their worries, and that starts with me.

Once I’m home, the second half of my day begins — and with an extremely active and alert toddler, my husband and I have our work cut out for us! Our energetic little guy has transformed us from homebodies into active hikers and park enthusiasts. When I’m not trying to get our son tired enough for bed, you can find me cooking up feasts for family and friends, working on my self-development, or watching a crime show.
