Office Manager

I’m really passionate about work culture, and that started at a young age: I grew up on a dairy farm, and my first job was opening the barn doors and letting the cows out each day. Growing up on a farm taught me resourcefulness, and that translates to my role at R|W. I can come into a situation and ascertain whether or not the current process works and help figure out what needs to be done to make it run smoother.

Even though my job title is Office Manager, it could just as well be Relationship Builder. In my role I hope to make an impact and build relationships both with the clients we serve and internally. I also love to use the resourcefulness I learned growing up to connect people with education resources and tools that can help them reach their goals and grow their careers.

I’m a lifelong Idahoan, and along the way my husband, Casey, and I raised three wonderful children, all of whom have flown the coop. As recent empty nesters, Casey and I hope to spread our wings a little and explore the world (Hello, Italy. See you soon!). When we’re not traveling, I still like to fill my days with adventure, and I’m a bit of a daredevil. I’ve been skydiving four times and I’ve never passed up an opportunity to ride a roller coaster.
